Commercial & Financial Data: Invoicing addresses, VAT numbers, B2B trade credit applications, and payment references (we do not store full payment card details).

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose data solely to:

Assigned Fleet Drivers: Necessary collection/delivery postcodes, contact phone numbers, and recipient names required to complete physical transport.
Insurance & Legal Underwriters: In the event of road transit incidents under our RHA £100,000 Goods in Transit policy.
Regulators & Law Enforcement: HMRC, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), Police, or under court subpoena.

5. Data Retention Periods

We retain consignment notes, ePOD records, and financial invoices for 6 years plus the current financial year in accordance with HMRC guidelines. Non-converted quote inquiries and contact messages are purged after 12 months.
